If Counsel will file a revised proposed order and deliver a courtesy copy to Dept.
The Court finds that this error is not meaningful since the Plaintiff obviously knows that she is an individual and not an unincorporated association. Also, although Item 4 of the notice of motion and motion (Form MC-051) indicates that the client represented by Counsel is both an individual and an unincorporated association, the Complaint indicates that Plaintiff is an individual. However, the Court notes that Items 7, 8 and 9 of the proposed order (Form MC-053) are not up to date as a result of the recent case management conference. The Court finds that Counsel has complied with the relevant procedural requirements (CRC 3.1362) and has provided sufficient reason for withdrawal. Given II of Loeb & Loeb LLP (“Counsel”) moves to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Talia Witkowski (“Plaintiff”). Case Number: *******3365 Hearing Date: JanuDept: 50īernard R.
